What it tests for:
This test measures your morning cortisol level, the body’s primary stress hormone produced by the adrenal glands. Cortisol plays a key role in regulating energy, metabolism, blood pressure, and your response to stress.

Why it matters:

• High cortisol may be linked to chronic stress, weight gain, sleep problems, anxiety, or blood sugar issues

• Low cortisol may signal adrenal fatigue, burnout, or hormonal imbalances

• Helps assess adrenal function and circadian hormone rhythm

Who it’s for:
Ideal for those with fatigue, irritability, poor recovery, or suspected adrenal dysfunction. Especially useful if you're experiencing symptoms of burnout or chronic stress.
